Andy Dick Gets Thrown In Jail (Mug Shot)
Funny man, Andy Dick, was arrested on Wednesday morning in Murrieta, CA on felony charges of sexual battery, possession of a controlled substance, possesion of marijuana and public intoxication.
According to the Murrieta Police Department press release, “a 17-year-old female victim and several witnesses told police that as Andy Dick left the establishment, he approached two females outside the bar. Dick walked up to the 17-year-old female victim, grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts. He then was escorted by several of his friends to a truck which was stopped by arriving police officers in a nearby Sam’s Club a few moments later.
The arresting officer, Lt. Dennis Vrooman stated, “He was extremely intoxicated.” To make matters worse, officers not only found marijuana but xanax in his pants pockets.
The 42-year-old actor was booked at the Southwest Detention Center and is still in jail on $5,000 bail.
