Hilary and Haylie Duff’s father has been ordered to spend ten days in jail for violation an injunction against selling assets without court approval.
The girls mother, Susan Duff, wanted her ex, Bob, to contribute $25,000 to a birthday party and gift for Hilary. Susan claims, “I know he’s a millionaire, and he’s got the funds” then states her daughter “is emotionally upset by the abandonment of her father.”
The judge eventually ordered Bob to pay $12,500 to Susan for Hilary’s birthday bash. While no court date has been set, Bob’s bail is at $368,000.

The runner-up from Top Chef 2, Marcel Vigneron, was arrested in Laguna Beach on Saturday for a DUI. Vigneron was originally pulled over for speeding but it was quickly realized that he was driving under the influence. He was released on $2,500 bail.
Once Marcel got out of jail, he made an appearance at Pageant of the Masters. Some people never learn!
Kelly Osbourne has been out and about lately looking severely beaten. What happened to her? Reports are that a faulty cupboard is to blame, but this doesn’t look like the work of something that houses your shot glasses.

According to Star Magazine, singers Chris Brown and Rihanna have been searching for a condo to purchase together in Los Angeles. The pair have been looking since July.
However, the couple has a few special needs that is making it hard to find the perfect place.
“They play their music loud though, so they want a condo that’s soundproof,” claims a source.

Multiplatinum-selling singer, Justin Timberlake, is his toughest critic. Despite selling over 60 million albums, Timberlake, says he still struggles to “accept his artistry.”
“It’s painful for me to either watch or listen to myself,” Justin says. “But even when you’re not fully satisfied with the outcome, that’s what makes you hungry… There is gratification in the fact that you a. make people smile, b. make people dance, c. make people laugh or d. make people make babies.”
