Mary-Kate Olsen Demands Immunity in Heath Ledger Death Probe
Actress Mary-Kate Olsen will not speak to Federal Investigators regarding the death of Actor Heath Ledger unless she receives immunity from prosecution, the New York Post reports today.
Olsen’s lawyer, Michael C. Miller, has maintained that his client is not hiding any information pertaining to Ledger’s death.
Miller said in a statement, “Despite tabloid speculation, Mary-Kate Olsen had nothing whatsoever to do with the drugs found in Heath Ledger’s home or his body, and she does not know where he obtained them.”
