Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson got married today at a remote wilderness resort just outside of Vancouver.
The 23-year-old Scarlett and 31-year-old Ryan got engaged this past May after a year-long romance.
Reynolds, who was previously engaged to singer Alanis Morissette, fulfilled his brides wishes to keep the ceremony small and private. The limited guest list included Scarlett’s mother, Melanie Sloan, and her brother, Adrian Johansson.
Congrats to the newlyweds!

Lindsay Lohan has had enough of dad, Michael Lohan, and has decided to file a restraining order against her old man.
Sources say she is “taking out an order of protection. He’s behaving so erratically that she’s terrified he’ll do something to her. She’s contacted her lawyer to arrange this.” Lindsay’s sister, Ali, “already has an order of protection against him, as does [mom] Dina. No one is speaking with him until he gets help.”
LiLo is tired of her father’s comments about her mother, sister and girlfriend, Samantha Ronson. Michael recently dissed Ronson saying she is “dark, hideous and a disgusting representation of humanity.”
Lohan released a statement through her rep stating, ”My father obviously needs to be on medication to control his moods. He is out of line and his words show how much anger he has, and it’s dangerous and scary as it reminds me of how he treated my mother and me my whole childhood.”
Amy Winehouse faces arrest after she allegedly punched a woman dancer in the face.
Sherene Flash was supposedly hit in the eye after she asked to take the singers picture. Amy, 25 then ran off , crying out, “Life can’t go on. I can’t do this anymore.” One pal said, “Sherene asked Amy if she could take a photo. Amy was okay at first, but when Sherene asked if a friend could get in the shot, Amy lashed out.”
Another source stated, “She was getting distressed. There was a lot of grabbing and flashbulbs were going off. She was startled.”
It was reported earlier this month that Winehouse has severe brain damage from all her drug and alcohol abuse bringing on symptoms normally associated with schizophrenia. Apparently she looked waisted and out of it all night. Maybe she should go go go back to rehab.
Legendary actor, Paul Newman, lost his battle with cancer today at age 83. His daughter released this statement saying:

Dedicated philanthropist. Our father was a rare symbol of selfless humility, the last to acknowledge what he was doing was special. In his own words: ‘It’s been a privilege to be here.’ He will be profoundly missed by those whose lives he touched, but he leaves us with extraordinary inspiration to draw upon. During this difficult time, we ask for privacy for our family.”

Katie Holmes has picked up a $3,000/month hobby and it doesn’t have anything to do with designer high-end goods. Holmes new passion is scrap booking and she’s even dedicated an entire room for it in her $35 million Beverly Hills mansion.
“Katie’s always been artistic, making homemade cards for friends, and sketching designs for clothes,” a close friend says.
“Her mom turned her on to scrapbooking, and now she spends more than $3,000 a month on scrapbook materials! Her scrap booking room is incredibly elaborate with ribbons, labels, decals and paper meticulously organized on beams that run from one wall to another.”
“She put together a gift scrapbook for close pals Victoria and David Beckham to commemorate their first year in the US,” said the source.
Katie has even made gifts for her co-stars in “All My Sons” and is helping stepdaughter, Isabella, make a scrapbook for her mom, Nicole Kidman.
After postponing its release and all the fake leaks, the much anticipated Britney Spears’ single, Womanizer, is finally here.
Spears’ new album, Circus, will be released on December 2, which is also her 27th birthday.

Shia LaBeof won’t face the misdemeanor DUI charges he was cited with, while still in the hospital, for the July 27 accident that crushed his hand.
“After reviewing the case, we’ve declined to file any charges due to insufficient evidence,” says DA spokeswoman Jane Robison. Prosecutors plan to file criminal charges against the other driver who actually ran the red light.
The 22-year-old’s lawyer Michael Norris says, “We’re very happy with the prosecutor’s decision, and we’re glad this whole thing resolved without Shia having to go to court.”
Jessica Biel already moved into boyfriend, Justin Timberlake, Hollywood Hills home but now they are ready to take it to the next level.
The couple is reportedly house hunting in New York City and are “quite impressed” with a $2.9 million duplex in Manhattan’s Chelsea district. The 2,224-square-foot unit comes with three bedrooms, two baths, 16-foot ceilings, a sauna and celebrity neighbors.
If the two do decide to move in, Danny Devito, who lives in the complex, is going to be thrilled with all the camping paparazzi outside the building.
Clay Aiken continues to receive support after publicly acknowledging he is gay in an upcoming issue of People magazine.
Lance Bass, who came out two years ago on the same cover, says, “I’m happy for him. It’s good to see someone actually being true to who they are. I think it’s something that’s nice to share with the world, because it really does relieve a lot of pressure off of you.”
Bass, 29, who is currently on Dancing with the Stars, believes Aiken will “live his life the way he wants to live it and that’s the best advice I can give him.”
