Britney Spears Makes Her Comeback “Conquering” the VMAs
Britney Spears put last years performance behind her and redeemed herself taking home the three VMAs Sunday night.
Superbad’s Jonah Hill tried to help Brit relax in a funny skit where he tries to kiss the pop princess but fails horribly. She then was escorted from her dressing room to take center stage at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles announcing, “I’m here tonight to celebrate a very important birthday. This is the 25th Video Music Awards-and it starts right now.
A surprised and grateful Britney took home Best Female Video (her first time winning in this category), Best Pop Video and Video of the Year. Dedicating her last award strictly to her fans, host Russell Brand, rode away with Spears making sure she knew she had “conquered” the Award show.
