Private Jamie Lynn Spears Photos Stolen- Someone’s In Trouble
Federal and local police authorities are on the hunt for whoever stole Jamie Lynn Spears’ very personal family pictures.
The pictures were reportedly taken by Jamie Lynn’s on again off again boyfriend, Casey Aldridge. Law enforcement believes someone at the Wal-Mart may have made extra copies when they were taken in to get developed. Some of the photos include Britney Spears holding her niece, the family around Jamie Lynn’s hospital bed and one of the new mommy breast feeding her newborn, Maddie. The feeding picture exposes Jamie Lynn’s left breast, which means trouble since she is still a minor.
Anyone buying or selling any kind of nude photos, even if they are not of a sexual nature, could be a violation of federal laws prohibiting pornography. The picture of Jamie Lynn could land the person who stole the photos, and anyone who purchases them, in federal prison.
While authorities are trying to find the man, Britney’s lawyers may go after Wal-Mart for the alleged stolen photos.

Breast exposure, without more, is NOT ILLEGAL according to American federal child porn law. It doesn’t matter what the purpose or intent of the picture is. If there is no lascivious exhibition of the pubic region, and no sexual act, it is legal. Breast feeding is not a sexual act.
If you have a problem with breast feeding why don’t you try to arrest sellers of Penelope Cruz’s well-known film “Jamon Jamon” which shows her having her breasts sucked by a man? It was filmed in Spain before she was 18. The federal government will tell you that film is legal too. That’s why it’s available for sale from so many American DVD stores.
