Casanova

Sienna Miller is keeping Heath Ledger’s memory alive with a pair of pajamas, according to People. Heath and Sienna starred in Casanova together.

“Heath and I had this amazing night out in Venice with my mother,” Miller tells June 7 issue of Britain’s Telegraph Magazine, recalling working on their 2005 movie. “It had been pouring with rain. Heath ran out in the middle of St. Mark’s square and we were running around, and I slipped over. We all ran back to his [apartment] and he gave me these dry pajamas to get home in,” Miller says.

Two years later, Miller had the chance to return the favor to Ledger, who often talked about his trouble getting a good night of sleep. “When he came over to my house last November, and he was having trouble sleeping, I gave them back, to help him sleep,” she says.

To Miller, the PJs became a symbol of her friendship with Ledger. “When he died, I was so sad that I didn’t have these stupid pajamas anymore, so his father found them to give to me.”

Miller reportedly had her Heath PJs with her while filming G.I. Joe in Prague.

Heath Ledger Action Figure

People are desperate to own a little piece of Heath Ledger, in the form of an action figure! A plastic doll of Heath as the Joker in The Dark Knight are selling out all over New York.

Trying to downplay the Joker sellout, Bob Friedland, a Toys ‘R’ Us spokesman said, “We are getting these products, all of the Dark Knight action figures, on a regular basis.”

One employee for Toys ‘R’ Us says, “There are none left in the warehouse, either. You will be waiting a while if you want one.”

So, if you want one, you’d better start looking on Ebay! I don’t know how I feel about this…I understand that Heath was loved and people want to remember him, but it seems wrong to capitalize on someone’s death!

A lawsuit was filed on April 11, by a plaintiff listed as “Jane Doe” claiming Heath Ledger was set up by a couple of photographers who supplied the actor with cocaine at a 2006 SAG after-party, then videotaped him to make a quick buck.

The suit names Splash News & Picture Agency, Kevin Smith (managing partner and shareholder in Splash), Gary Morgan (managing partner and shareholder in Splash), Eric Munn (reporter and videographer employed by Splash), and Darren Banks (paparazzo photographer employed by Splash).

The suit claims Munn left the party, and began secretly videotaping everyone in the room from the balcony.

Ledger reportedly went ballistic when he realized what was happening and was told the tape would be destroyed. It was later sold to Entertainment Tonight for $200,000, even though the entire tape never made it on air.

Doe, the one filing the suit, is asking for intrusion, infliction of emotional distress and privacy violations.

One of Ledger’s reps says the actor is never shown on the tape doing coke.
